I had such a cozy and restful sleep in the super comfy bed. It was great that popular spots like Remedios Circle and other attractions were just a short walk away from here. Plus, the breakfast options were included in the stay for free 🥐.

The staff were very accoomodating with all our requests. Room was clean altho a bit small, but looked exactly like the ones on the website. Lastly the hotel did not have any stench at all! Smelled really good from the time we entered the lobby! Big plus also is its proximity to Robinson's Manila.. :)
none than i can think of, since we already expected the room to be a little small.. i just wish they provide spa services.

Staff are all very polite. Convenient location. 5 minute's walk to the Robinson Place mall.
The advertised wi-fi internet signal doesn't reach the rooms. The only place you can get connected is in the lobby. I was there for work, so internet was vital. The front desk staff was very apologetic about it, but all she could do was helping set me up to work on my laptop in the small lobby where groups of guests come and go. Impossible to concentrate. Pearl Lane Hotel management must get their internet routers fixed or stop advertising free wi-fi in the rooms immediately.

Everything went well.
Very noisy, with staff yelling throughout the corridors, and noisy clientele at times - better sound insulation badly needed.

The breakfast restaurant, the friendly staff.
The so-called superior room, not at all ! Practically without window and a very noisy a/C.
